RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, provided on a specific date or during a specific period.

All reservations, subject to receipt of confirmation by email, are therefore firm and final.

However, cancellation conditions may apply depending on the rate chosen by the customer at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION

Depending on the rate chosen by the customer at the time of booking, cancellation conditions may apply.

At the time of booking, the customer is informed of the cancellation conditions for the rate they have selected.

There are currently two rates:

“Non-refundable, non-cancellable”: once the reservation has been made, 100% of the reservation amount is charged and is non-refundable. A security deposit corresponding to 100% of the total reservation amount, excluding extras, is debited at the time of reservation.

“Flexible”:

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival time indicated in the booking confirmation email. If the booking is canceled after this deadline or if the customer does not show up at the hotel, the first night, excluding extras, will be charged and is non-refundable. The debit/credit card used by the customer when making the booking will be used to guarantee the booking.
